Cherry Tree House
Cherry Tree House is located close to the centre of Camborne, a thriving town in west Cornwall. It is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre and local transport links.
There are four flats in the main house each with a bedroom, lounge/kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. There is also one further bedroom with en-suite. The main house also has a fully equipped kitchen-diner, laundry, lounge area and outside space. In the garden of the main house is a single storey bungalow which contains two flats, each with a bedroom, lounge/kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom.
​This service will provide opportunities for individuals who are new to supported living and are looking to increase their daily living skills and independence by learning how to:

manage a tenancy

increase community opportunities

understand about the importance of budgeting and how to look after their own home in a friendly, supported environment.
Cherry Tree House provides 24-hour core staffing. There will be ‘waking night’ support in the main house and a further ‘sleep in’ staff member in the bungalow.
Additional 1:1 support hours are available and will be assessed and provided in line with agreed needs assessments.
