Mansell House
Mansell House is located in the centre of Camborne, a thriving town in west Cornwall. It is situated within easy walking distance of all the town centre and local transport links.
There are four flats at Mansell House each with a bedroom, lounge/kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom. There are three further bedrooms which also have en-suite facilities.
Communal spaces are available and include a fully equipped kitchen-diner, laundry, lounge area and outside space, these areas afford the opportunity for people to spend time in the company of others.
This service provides opportunities for younger people (aged 18-30) who are new to supported living and are looking to increase their daily living skills and independence by learning how to:
· manage a tenancy
· increase community opportunities
· understand about the importance of budgeting and how to look after their own home in a friendly, supported environment.
Mansell House provides 24-hour core staffing.
Additional 1:1 support hours are available and will be assessed and provided in line with agreed needs assessments.
