Stirling House
Stirling House is located close to the centre of Redruth, a thriving town in west Cornwall. It is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre and local transport links.
There are four flats in the house each with a bedroom, lounge/kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathroom facilities. The main house has a large communal area suitable for spending time with others and features a fully equipped kitchen-diner, laundry, lounge area and outside space.
This service provides opportunities for individuals who are new to supported living and are looking to increase their daily living skills and independence by learning how to:
· manage a tenancy
· increase community opportunities
· understand about the importance of budgeting and how to look after their own home in a friendly, supported environment.
Stirling House provides 24-hour core staffing.
Additional 1:1 support hours are available and will be assessed and provided in line with agreed needs assessments.
